This role involves a blend of indoor and outdoor sales activities, focusing on building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth. The position is non-commission based, with a focus on delivering consistent value to both the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Present and promote the company's products or services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Attend meetings, events, and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in Marine industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
