- Position: HR Admin Executive
- Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months) + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Marine & Construction Engineering (Listed & MNC Company)
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and HR project
- Assist the funding grants and Employee Benefits programmes
- Handle insurance claim for work injury, GHS, etc
- Administer full-cycle of scholarship programmes
- Support in talent development programme to support company’s retention / growth and succession planning
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience required
- Proficient in Excel and HR policy writing
