Job Scope:
- Provide logistics and operational work in executing orders including liaising with sales and documentation team within the company, with producers, shipping carriers and forwarders
- Ensure smooth shipments and timely cargo delivery with active anticipation, analysis and planning with team member
- Cost and risk consciousness to achieve minimum risk and maximizing efficiency in performing logistical works
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Diploma
- Possess at least 2 years of logistic coordination experience
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Good communications, interpersonal & coordination skills
