Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure IT infrastructure, including systems, applications, network devices, and end user devices, ensuring seamless operations.
- Implement and monitor automated backups, disaster recovery plans, and patches while closely tracking system resource utilization.
- Collaborate with vendors and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and administrative procedures.
- Provide technical support to both local and international users, ensuring network security and efficient resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT/ Computer Science
- Proficient in managing Microsoft Server and enterprise networking
- Skilled in internet architecture (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Firewall)
