Responsibilities :
- To execute risk management plans for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure effective resolution for the organization.
- To undertake specific tasks or projects promoting good clinical care in the hospital.
- Manage medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure effective resolution
- Manage claims process and coordinate the renewal and administration of medical malpractice coverage for the organization
- Drive the ML education and communication arm to increase awareness of the latest industry trends and issues
- Serve as a Secretariat to the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC)
- Manage ad hoc projects
Requirement :
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Experience in case handling
- Keen to move to a corporate role
