- Respond to calls and assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, operating hours, and locations.
- Address patient inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate departments as needed
- Other Adhoc duties from direct supervisors
Working Hours: 5.25 Days (Alt Saturdays), Office Hours
