Job Description
- Purchasing Operations: Manage purchasing functions with overseas and local suppliers in line with company guidelines.
- Sundry Goods Ordering: Place orders for sundry goods required for the store as needed.
- Delivery Coordination: Follow up with suppliers to ensure deliveries meet customers' required dates.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, review minimum/maximum stock levels, and participate in stock counts.
- Customer Deliveries: Handle daily customer delivery schedules, including picking and packing orders.
- Shipment Management: Manage packing and unpacking of shipments as needed.
- Goods Management: Oversee the receipt and issuance of goods.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 'N' Level or equivalent.
- Experience: Open to fresh entrants, with progressive training provided.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative team player.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
