Position: Executive, Community Engagement (Fundraising)
Salary: Up to $4.5K
Employment Type: Office-based, Full-time
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Executive to join our Community Engagement Team, focusing on fundraising initiatives. If you have a flair for project management, communication, and a strong interest in social causes, this role could be a perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and activities.
- Research, identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, partners, and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Support the Community Engagement team in day-to-day operations and special initiatives.
- Take on other related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, graphic design, and email marketing tools.
- Willingness to occasionally work late or on weekends when necessary.
- Compassionate with a strong interest in healthcare or social services.
- Experience in fundraising/community engagement is a plus.
