Key Responsibilities:
- Support the adoption of new technologies to improve operations, assist in assessing risks, and evaluate the impact of process changes.
- Manage and review current warehouse operations cost and benefit
- Assist in planning manpower and asset allocation across business functions and accounts to optimize operations.
- Help develop and refine operational policies, standards, and procedures, while coordinating with stakeholders (Sales, HR, IT, etc.) on various projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative logistics and supply chain solutions for clients, under guidance.
- Assist in process automation, technology enhancements, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational procedures.
- Support workflow analysis, track milestones in technology projects, and help identify areas for improvement in supply chain and business processes.
- Support the renewal of company certificates and licenses, ISO audits, and provide project implementation assistance as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain
- Experience on new project planning
- Strong knowledge in Supply Chain industry
