- Position: Project Engineer (CONSTRUCTION)
- Location: Paya Lebar Quarter
- Working Hours: 6 days work week
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Medical/Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth completion of the assigned project, in terms of both documentations and operational aspects
- Attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor whenever necessary
- Plan and make sure site work progress follows the Schedule
- To work closely with office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates
- To ensure the works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specifications
- Manage and account for all materials & equipment delivered to site
- To manage workers’ time schedule
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in M&E, Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Possess good communication skill to manage project team and stakeholders
