Job Scope
- To support the Manager in strengthening existing customer relationships and ensuring smooth daily operations, which include New Product Introduction (NPI), Order Administration, BOM Management and Planning.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time.
- Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order.
- Prepare and provide reports and proposals to customers as required.
- Responsible for ECN (Engineering Change) and new BOM (Bill of Material) management, which includes item master creations.
- Manage FAA (First Article Approval) submission and approval.
- Maintain customer part numbers in ERP system.
- Handles new customer requirement that involves ERP system update and UAT.
- Work together with manufacturing engineer & production to define the relevant process or packing instruction.
- Prepare and participate in customer audit on new SKUs or artwork.
- Ensure FAA Tracking List and BOM master list are well maintained.
- Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection.
- Manages inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
- Identify potential improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
- 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain / Logistics field
- Knowledge in MRP / SAP System will be advantage
