- Develop and implement technical skills framework for frontline employees
- Work with line managers to Identify training and development needs and key skills required for each terminal at each level
- Create learning course to track skills and competencies attainment
- Identify and source for courses or external skills framework depending on the terminal needs and challenges
- Review and management of Training Matrix in line with skills framework developed
- Coordinate the training matrix review with Learning Leads
- Develop training matrix for non-technical roles (Function by Function)
- Develop people manager manager development program based on learning needs
- Support the development of People Manager Elearning course
- Liaise with vendor and coordinate the review and creation
- Creation of course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required
- Maintain and update course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or Project Management
- Immediate starter is preferred
