This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Consultant at Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, effective communication with candidates and clients, and executing recruiting strategies. This role can be based in Singapore, Malaysia or Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to contribute valuable insights to the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Sales | Business Development experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
