- Primary Objective: Provide Wealth Management solutions to Personal Banking Clients through the sales of Bancassurance and Investment Funds products
- Products: Guaranteed Issuance Offers, Investment-Linked Policies, Savings Plans, Endowment Plans, Annuities, Retirement Plans, and Investment Funds (Mutual Funds, Index Funds, Unit Trusts)
- Medium: Engage Walk-in clients through face-to-face (F2F) consultations, or tele-prospecting using the bank’s extensive database of prospects to conduct F2F or virtual meetings
- Remuneration & Benefits (Uncapped Earning Potential)
First-Year Income: $80,000-$100,000++ (Fixed + Commissions) - Fixed Component:
- No Experience: $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance
- Experienced Bankers or Financial Sales Professionals: Up to $5,000 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On Bonus - Commissions:
Earn around $10,000 in Quarterly Commissions for achieving 100% Sales Target, with additional UNCAPPED rewards for exceeding targets - Working Hours: 5.5 days
Mon-Fri: 8:30AM-4:30PM or 10AM-5:30PM
Sat: Half-day (until 1-2PM) - 0.5-day off-in-lieu provided - Working Location: Assigned to a Bank Branch (island wide; based on available vacancies)

Requirements
- Candidates requiring Work Visa need NOT apply
- Minimum Local Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree, of any discipline (as per MAS requirements)
- No background or prior experience required
- Obtain relevant CMFAS certifications if shortlisted (guidance provided)
- Strong passion for Wealth Management and a drive to achieve exceptional income
- Willingness to work 5.5-day weeks, including Saturday mornings
