Job Scope:
- Conduct accurate eye refractions using specialized instruments.
- Recommend suitable optical aids based on examination findings and customer preferences.
- Expertly troubleshoot and adjust the fit of glasses and lenses.
- Maintain detailed records of customer eye health and purchase history.
- Stay updated on advancements in optical technology and industry trends.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in eye care practices.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support to colleagues when needed.
- Pursue continuous learning and skill development for professional growth.
Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec in Opticianry / equivalent studies
- Eligible to be registered with OOB
