Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the full operational and financial management of food courts and coffee shops in a designated region. Key responsibilities included:
- Financial Performance: Managing budgets, P&L, sales reporting, cost control, rent collection, debt recovery, and financial analysis.
- Tenant Management: Sourcing, onboarding, lease negotiations, performance evaluation, pricing oversight, issue resolution, and contract enforcement.
- Operational Management: Setting operational guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations (NEA, SFA, Civil Defense), maintaining service quality and hygiene standards, coordinating with landlords on building issues and promotions, managing M&E works, and overseeing daily operations.
- Team Leadership: Leading and developing Area Managers, providing guidance, addressing disciplinary issues, managing staff performance reviews and training, and conducting regular meetings.
- Business Development: Collaborating on new business opportunities, site sourcing, renovations, and outlet improvements.
- Administration: Managing finances (float money, petty cash, sales collections), reporting to senior management, and communicating company policies.
