Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular updates and accurate maintenance of the employee database, personnel files, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of workstations, provision of stationery, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE), where applicable.
- Provide administrative assistance in the processing of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Post and manage job openings across various platforms, ensuring consistency and visibility.
- Serve as the Training Coordinator, overseeing the administration of employee training programs, including course approvals, registration, post-training evaluations, and the maintenance of training records.
- Act as the approver for drivers’ trip claims, ensuring accuracy before final approval.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize company meetings, events, and other activities as required.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises and equipment, such as copiers, air conditioners, and water dispensers.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of HR-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and/or local labour legislation
- Organised, meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently
