Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation and storage
- Position Title: Accounts Executive (AP)
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (transport provided at various pickup points island wide)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 (Basic) + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and manage invoices and payment cycles.
- Handle vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closings.
- Maintain ledger accounts and generate financial reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to financial controls.
- Support in audits and participate in finance projects as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- At least one year of experience in Accounts Payable or a comparable position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
