Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and selections.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and keeping the area tidy.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, seeking to resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school /diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
