- Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQ/tender management, process optimization, and stakeholder training.
- Handle recurring procurement tasks such as supplier performance evaluation, approved vendor list maintenance, and updates to procurement KPIs.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager as part of the Operations Department.
- Responsible for driving cost savings, enhancing quality, and fostering a positive process culture in procurement operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of procurement and tender experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Able to handle and understand contract legal terms.
- Proactive with a keen eye for detail.
