Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments and suppliers to ensure quality awareness.
- Lead MRB team on OSV activities to meet supplier requests.
- Align with customer quality requirements and business agreements.
- Work with suppliers on line rejection and defective returns.
- Ensure zero defective quality on hand and maintain aging period.
- Support parts localization and collaborate with RD/engineering teams.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quality/Engineering
- Effective communication with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superior
- SAP knowledge
- Conflict resolution and customer complaint handling
