WFH but, sometime might need to escort guest to Batam (Via Ferry) and hadover them, and come back Singapore in the same day
Reservation Duties: (70%) WFH
- Respond to and manage emails, live chats, and phone calls regarding accommodation inquiries.
- Enter new reservations, changes, and cancellations into various software systems.
- File guest correspondence and reservation documents.
- Stay updated on room rates, special offers, and promotions.
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of reservations.
- Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
- Address booking issues and resolve concerns.
- Follow up with guests for additional information (e.g., visa requirements, updated passports).
- Act as a liaison between the company and guests for customer satisfaction.
- Support customers in amending or canceling reservations.
- Create and maintain client and guest profiles.
- Monitor room sales and apply strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain high product knowledge to explain services and facilities to clients.
Travel Host Duties: (30%) On SIte
- Meet and greet guests at the ferry terminal upon arrival.
- Assist with boarding pass collection and luggage check-in.
- Help with customs and immigration clearance.
- Accompany guests onboard the ferry to Batam and hand them over
- Engage with guests, answer questions, and explain the next steps of their journey.
- Troubleshoot any arising issues and remain calm and positive.
- Willingness to work weekends and during festive or holiday seasons (required).
