What you'll be doing
- Prepare and submit monthly Casemix and Subvention reports, quarterly Financial Performance Reports, and other required financial submissions
- Track, reconcile, and ensure proper accounting of subvention revenue, including following up on cash disbursements
- Assist in extracting and analysing data from public systems and internal data warehouses to support reporting and decision-making
- Help develop data dashboards to present information clearly for management reporting
- Support the National Costing Exercise by gathering data, ensuring accuracy, and applying costing rules
- Work closely with IT teams and vendors to maintain accurate data and support costing processes
- Use the Subvention System to calculate funding allocations for healthcare institutions and ensure timely submissions
What we're looking for
- Diploma level from recognised instituitions in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2 - 3 years of similar experience
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other data tools
