Job description:
- Handle inbound /outbounds phone calls / Emails
- Handle inquiries
- Managing feedbacks and complaints and liaise w backend support to resolve issues
- Any other duties
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’/‘N’/‘A’ Levels/Diploma/NITEC in any discipline
- Able to start work immediately
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills, prior experience is advantageous
