Position Overview
Our client is looking to hire an executive to support primarily goods receipt and secondarily in associated procurement activities in the Procurement team.
Role & Responsibilities
- To support with the raising of procurement requests and perform goods receipt
- To support timely response to project teams' enquiries on procurement matters
- To assist in providing relevant periodic procurement status reports
- To assist with periodic audit checks
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline.
- Experience in IT procurement / Good Receipts will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba will be an added advantage.
