- Support acquisition and marketing campaigns to meet commercial card acquisition targets.
- Follow up on inbound customer leads from various channels, including branches, campaigns, and contact centers.
- Assist clients in signing up for commercial debit and credit cards, as well as related commercial solutions.
- Address application inquiries and follow through with submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as the contact center, business support, legal, and compliance, to ensure a smooth application process.
- Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to established turnaround times.
- Serve as an internal expert on commercial card products, operational processes, technology, and SME/Midcap clients.
- Proactively identify issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to drive improvements.
- Take ownership of client issues, acting as an advocate for their needs throughout the process.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
