- Conducting end-to-end reviews of Futures & Derivatives Clearing processes, ensuring seamless execution from trade initiation through to settlement, with a focus on risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency."
- Evaluating the entire control processes from beginning to end, forecasting requirements, pinpointing areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with input from subject matter experts and other sources.
- Leading ongoing assessments of business processes and creating strategies to enhance Target Operating Models, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Test Cases.
- Staying up to date with the latest advancements in process and operational improvements to automate and modernize systems.
- Coordinating and presenting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to control processes through workshops, working groups, and other forums.
- Identifying, documenting, and analyzing business requirements related to risks through process discovery and managing these tasks until completion or escalation.
- Thoroughly analyzing collected data while working independently and as part of a larger team.
- Maintaining and demonstrating respect for the organization's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to company policies, making ethical decisions in personal conduct, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager/ Business Analyst
- Knowledge on Futures and Options products and Clearing industry
- Knowledge of Operations businesses/ functions in an Investment Banking environment beneficial
- Have experience of leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, including overseeing the development & implementation of the UAT test plan, scripts and tools using the detailed functional requirements document
