Job Scope
- Prepare shipping documents like packing list, delivery orders and forward to relevant parties
- Responsible for packing of goods for export shipments
- Perform all store duties including receiving, issuing, checking, load/unloading of goods
- Prepare and churn out Purchase Order (PO) from the in-house accounting system
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers
- Work on shipment related modules in an ERP system
- Handle and reply to customer enquiries via phone and e-mails on product availability and delivery schedule
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE "O" level with minimum 1-2 years of work experience
- Experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices
- Good IT knowledge like Microsoft words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to pack goods carefully and accurately
