- Position: Senior Finance Analyst
- Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 + 14-15 Days AL + Bonus

Requirements:
- FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) for at least the recent 3 years.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting / financial planning and support the department heads in business partnering, ensure expenses are justified and push back if expenses are not Logical.
- Being comfortable with handling large datasets on Excel. Financial Modelling and cleaning up data. Working on business cases and forecast based on business case.
- Need to have a very commercial / business mindset on saving money & expand profits.
Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in the prepare on of budget guidelines, assumptions, and templates.
- Review and analyse budget proposals, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Monitor budget performance, prepare variance reports, and provide explanations for budget deviations.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyse financial data to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare financial reports, including budget vs. actuals analysis, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and track financial metrics, such as profitability, liquidity, and other ratios, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage Capex process including budget, commitment and actual tracking with variance analysis.
- Support cashflow management.
Financial Modelling and Decision Support:
- Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment (ROI) of new projects or business ventures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on financial modelling and analysis.
Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.
- Participate in the implementation and testing of financial systems and tools.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
