Job Responsibilities:
- Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team.
- Order entry and follow-up with customers on the delivery dates, including system projects order entry, PO placement with source and logistics matters.
- Releasing of shipment for pick/pack. Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for pickup.
- Support Field Service on service order and billing.
- Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.
- Update equipment parts lead time.
- Follow-up on incoming shipment (equipment parts) including system projects.
- Ensure optimum stock level for made to stock items.
- Lodge QM Quality Notification in SAP for quality defects of goods and take appropriate corrective actions to close the loop.
- Ensure that orders are entered based on MTS/MTO criteria.
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- SAP knowledge is a must.
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of international payment terms and incoterms
- Comfortable to work in Loyang.
