The role is responsible for managing the overall website operations, ensuring stakeholder requests are handled efficiently, maintaining quality, and driving adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for web requests, prioritize and allocate tasks, provide updates, and resolve escalations.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide support to ensure timely and accurate web page delivery.
- Review and approve pages for branding and compliance, maintain a master list of pages, and perform audits to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Manage Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Management assets, streamline pages, and promote content reuse.
- Deliver training on design principles, content creation, and best practices. Stay updated on tools and recommend process improvements.
- Support and coordinate testing (e.g., UAT, post-deployment).
Requirements
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WCAG, SEO, and analytics tools is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in web operations or webmaster roles.
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Certifications in web technologies or project management are a plus.
- Timely delivery of high-quality, compliant web pages.
- Proactive workflow and stakeholder management.
