  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5:15pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Up to 21)
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Material Handling Equipment Supplier


Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle planned maintenance scheduling activities with Customers & Technicians/vendors.
  • Manage any purchasing needed for job execution. Verify that purchase requests are submitted without errors.
  • Arrange sub-contracted services and equipment when required, including rentals
  • Execute goods receiving for purchase requests
  • Assign service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) to field operatives
  • Schedule and dispatch field operatives
  • Maintain, update and manage all open jobs and their scheduling daily
  • Review completed job costs including manhours, expenses and materials before sending to invoice daily
  • Respond and cater for any customer needs and requests and escalate/delegate them as needed
  • Responsible for miscellaneous activities, equipment/building maintenance, answering phones

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Customer-oriented, well-developed interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
