COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as requested by PUB officers for the Service and Maintenance Project.
  • Coordinate with PUB to request and obtain monthly inspection locations (East & North of Singapore).
  • Retrieve and extract appurtenance IDs (e.g., valves, hydrants, Geri Plans) from PUB's internal system.
  • Compile the monthly progress report, ensuring the inclusion of inspection photos for all appurtenances (before and after).
  • Verify the completeness of the progress report, ensuring all photos correspond with the completed work and that no images are missing.
  • Prepare and review the claim summary, comparing the current month's claim with the previous months for accuracy.
  • Submit the finalized monthly progress report, along with the claim summary, to PUB for verification.
  • Follow up on any feedback or comments from PUB regarding the claim documents and make necessary revisions.
  • Monitor and track the status of monthly claims with PUB to ensure timely processing.
  • Performing other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or HOD.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Possess a good mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn
