Job Description:
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in a call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
Requirements:
- Minimum education of ITE or 'O' levels; fresh graduates welcome. Experience in call centers, banking, or customer service is a plus.
- Positive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable with shift work, including weekends and holidays.
