EnviroDynamics Solutions (EDS) is a local executive search and recruitment service firm, devoted to finding ideal matches for companies in various industries. We are looking for a HR & Marketing Admin to join and support our expanding team for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in daily HR operations functions.
- Assist in recruitment, arranging interviews and selection, sending of contracts to various Business Units.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS system.
- Support in payroll management and processing.
- Manage the company's social media channels to ensure a cohesive online brand identity.
- Curate content such as festive postings, live jobs posting, and useful tips for jobseekers across social media channels.
- Design personal branding pamphlets for colleagues' business development purposes.
- Publish monthly web content on the company's blog.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resource or Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR and/or marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience with social media marketing will be advantaged.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
