Our client, a leading Multinational American Technology company, is looking for a seasoned professional who is enthusiastic about the evolving music landscape, technology, and the client's mission to connect people via social media, mobile ecosystems, and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Music Label Partnerships teams to develop and implement a comprehensive music strategy.
- Manage communication, education, data management, performance, and reporting for partnership programs.
- Provide insights into the development and performance of programs.
- Create case studies and educational materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist Strategic Partnerships Managers with planning, executing, and measuring programs with local and regional labels in APAC and EMEA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or cultural management.
- 4-5 years of experience in the music industry in roles such as program management, project management, partner management, operations, or equivalent.
- Experience in managing music partnerships and programs for global organizations.
- Background in commercial leadership with business development and operational experience in technology companies.
- Familiarity with digital business models and technology.
- Understanding of the music industry and the impact of web and mobile technologies on global content distribution.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus in a high-expectation environment.
- Resourceful, action-oriented, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership to achieve measurable impact.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
