Role Summary:
- Operate ophthalmic machines and perform LASIK-related tests (e.g., lasers, topography) in the operating theatre and diagnostic room.
- Ensure the operating theatre and equipment are properly maintained for surgeries.
- Prepare LASIK case notes prior to surgery.
- Coordinate routine maintenance for equipment and fixtures.
- Handle front counter tasks, including patient registration, payments, booking surgeries, and providing financial counseling and customer service.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.
