Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspect of the project.
- Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring the project progress.
- Ensure the playground work are carried out according to tender specifications/ drawings/ materials/ MOS Co-ordination of sub contractor’s playground work and ensure the work Is on schedule.
- Liaising and attend meeting with all parties involve in the project such As consultant, Main contractor, sub Contractor, supplier, safety Officer to ensure successful Implementation of the project To manage the daily operation of the project execution.
- Arrange CPSI for equipment safety inspection and Epdm impact test Attend BIT, Town Council handover and HDB consultant meeting
- Arrange subcon for touch up, safety rectification work and repairs.
- Prepare all safety documents for each sites Arrange with main con safety for SIC Settle each site safety issues
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
- With 3 - 5 years of experience in project management and safety roles, preferably in playground or similar construction industries.
- Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification is a must.
- Knowledge of playground development standards, such as EN 1176/1177, ASTM F1487, or similar international safety standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) systems.
