- Handle inquiries
- Managing feedbacks and complaints and liaise w backend support to resolve issues

- Working Location: Chai Chee(from 13 Jan 2025 till April 2025); Relocate to Cashew in April 2025 (pending final confirmation on official relocation date)
Requirements
- Possess at least a Higher Nitec/ A level / Dip / Deg
- GCE O level- Min 2yr CS EXP
