Position Title: Business Development Executive (Franchise & Market Expansion)

Job Description:
- Research and develop new franchise opportunities, including single, area, or master franchises.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to attract franchise partners.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for strategic leasing areas.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Identify new market segments (e.g., retail, catering, corporate partnerships, online delivery platforms).
- Create and implement marketing strategies for market penetration and revenue diversification.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and launch new products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, landlords, vendors, and partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the franchise or F&B industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel when required.
