Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our fashion collections attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in the retail fashion industry.
