Job Description:
- Strong skills in Java, SpringBoot, Microservice, DevOps tools, SDLC framework.
- Security tools development experience especially in ForgeRock or PingIdentity is added advantage.
- Experience in AWS, PCF, OCP
- Responsible for application design, enhancements and overall end-to-end functionality. Responsible for overall quality, stability and performance of the system.
- Transform requirements into architecture and blueprint for the solution being created. Conversion that is based on several factors: previous, successful design patterns, reference architectures and enterprise architecture guidance.
- Provide technology perspective to business to help guide roadmap and prioritization by keeping abreast with industry trends. Where required, help business size the complexity of problem, simplify and define MVP.
- Ensure that the solution architecture aligns with the roadmaps established by the enterprise architecture, and that it adheres to the enterprise architecture principles.
- Be a consumer and contributor to architecture collateral. The patterns and guidance developed should be reusable in a broader enterprise architecture context.
- Document and manage how multiple applications are poised to work together.Involves defining the interaction between application packages,databases, and middleware systems in terms of functional coverage.
- Collaborate with other development lead, developers, business analysts and test leads to develop and perform relevant testing
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time
- Analyze user requirements, design/development of software packages and release deployments
- Prepare and document release notes, enhancements checklists, project documentations etc
- Analyse and resolve technical and application problems
- Required Experience
- 5-6 years’ experience as a Technical Lead / Developer
- Having hands-on experience in deployment and implementation.
- Good to have prior Banking / Financial institution environment experiences
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Able to drive/recommend solutions to extended technology teams.
- Self-starter with good crisis management skills.
- Able to lead and facilitate meetings, to lead the technical team in drivinginvestigation of incidents and corrective actions follow-ups
- Capable to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
