- Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio systems, telephony, server storage, backup), as well as network devices (firewalls, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless), desktops, mobile devices, and other remote devices.
- Ensure automatic system backups, execute recovery and disaster recovery plans, apply patches, and closely monitor system resource usage.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Create and update technical documentation, including administration and user guides.
- Provide technical support to users at local and overseas branches over LAN and WAN while maintaining security.
- Identify and procure products, solutions, and vendors/suppliers for project needs.
- Offer L1/L2 support and contribute as a team lead or member in various projects.
