Responsibilities
- Responsible for Hardware and software installation, upgrade, and maintenance (i.e., system backup, apply latest system patches, software upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting).
- Install, configure, test and troubleshoot networks, servers and other infrastructure.
- Where applicable, provide second level support for VMware, Windows servers, Active Directory, and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor availability of services ensuring it meets the agreed service levels and performance indicators.
- Excellence in communication skills as a liaison with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer science
- Minimum of 1 years working experience
- Hands-on knowledge of System and Network
- Hands-on experience with Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support will be advantageous.
