- Perform the preparation and cooking of assigned menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils at all times.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food processing regulations set by the company and government.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and immediately report any malfunctions to the superior.

- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
