Job Description

· Plan and coordinate the development of the business cases, ensuring that projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.

· Handle and timely execute the procurement of digital systems.

· Assess and apply the appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile practices, to ensure project success.

· Identify potential project risks and the implications to the organisation and recommend mitigating measures.

· Actively engage and motivate various key partners to deliver and effect positive change in our digital products.

· Have managed complex and large scale implementation/execution of project.

· Strong vendor management and interpersonal ability.

· Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.

· An adaptable and enterprising personality, with willingness to pick new knowledge and take thoughtful risks.

· Be motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcomes.

· Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners.

· Strong risk management and proactive planning.

· Experience in local public sector technical implementations/support project is an added advantage

· Experience in large scale Singapore public sector projects engagement

· Exposure on GCC, GCC+, GDC and cloud implementations, migration to any of these service providers.

· Good Stakeholder management, conflict management

Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.

· At least 10 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager in at least 5 full project development life cycles, with at least one using Agile methodology.

· Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT or PMP/PRINCE2.

· Agile-related certification such as Certified Scrum Master.
