Responsibilities :
- Support HRBP in all administrative matters across the full spectrum of HR functions
- Support onboarding and offboarding matters
- Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
- Handle reclass / financial matters
- First point of contact to provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and processes
- Responsible for new appointment/re- appointment/ renewals of staff contracts on a timely basis
- Liaise with People Managers and grant administrators for manpower budget/costings to ensure available funding for hiring
- Coordinate EOM reports for billing, audit purpose
- General admin matters
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-4 years of prior working HR experience (universities experience preferred though not compulsory)
- Well-versed in employment act
- Meticulous and conscientious
- Able to interact with Senior Management and various stakeholders
- Independent in following up on matters and closing the loops
- Able to interact with Senior Management and various stakeholders
- Resourceful and able to handle tight timelines
