Our client is a top global insurance company. This role will support the distribution compensation process, ensuring accurate payouts and compliance, while leading change initiatives and driving digital transformation through data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to analyse business data, identify patterns, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Implement insights into business processes by coordinating across functions.
- Develop and present processing models to support distribution compensation strategies.
- Evaluate and assess processes for migration to improve data aggregation and reporting.
- Design, automate, and maintain dashboards for business units.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compensation validations are accurate and timely.
- Act as the Finance Operations representative for systems supporting compensation, including migrations and updates.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and operations, ideally within the financial industry.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools like Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, Qlik.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.
