RESPONSIBILITIES:


Brand Events Developer

  • Develop strategies for brand events, building networks via influencers and strategic events.
  • Manage both own and partnered events, targeting influencers and planning event deployments.

Brand Events Translator

  • Create and maintain an events calendar aligned with PR, marketing, and partnership strategies.
  • Develop an events kit for cross-functional alignment on event design, setup, and collaterals.

Brand Events Guardian

  • Ensure alignment of brand events with organizational PR and marketing strategies across teams.

Brand Events Messenger

  • Curate content and messaging for brand events in line with the PR and marketing strategy.

Brand Events Manager

  • Plan and execute end-to-end events (conceptualizing, liaising with clients, budgeting, coordinating suppliers, etc.).
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, vendor relationships, guest lists, and monitor event performance.
  • Continuously improve customer experience and maintain CRM database for event management.

Collaboration with Teams

  • Work with content, partnership, PR, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on event materials, promotion, and communication.

Community Builder

  • Act as a host to ensure guest comfort, foster connections, and gather feedback for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in organizing large-scale events, conferences, concerts, etc.
  • Expertise in aligning event strategies with brand activation and influencer partnerships.
  • Proficient in developing event concepts, show-calling, and executing events.
  • Knowledge of wellness industry trends and sustainable event practices.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to monitor event data for strategic decision-making and improvement.
