Responsibilities:
- Assists in team efforts to allocate sufficient resources for laboratory infrastructure needs.
- Contributes to the management of laboratory equipment and IT systems in the QC lab, ensuring business continuity, data system maintenance, and compliance with equipment maintenance and calibration requirements.
- Participates in method technology transfers and the introduction of new laboratory equipment to ensure technological updates in the QC lab.
- Engages in long-term planning for the QC lab to secure infrastructure needs and ensure a Data Integrity plan is in place for business and laboratory compliance.
- Authors or reviews method transfer/qualification and equipment qualification documentation to ensure compliance with corporate, site, or regulatory standards.
- Provides support and ensures the timely escalation and resolution of laboratory events or related quality actions.
- Serves as a QC SME and assists in preparation for and participation in internal/external audits, ensuring successful audit outcomes.
- Participates in EHS, Business Compliance, GMP, and other compliance-related activities as applicable. Leads or supports CI initiatives to enhance laboratory performance metrics.
- Performs any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in biochemistry and chemistry or related science degree
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pharma manufacturing
